Gabrielle, the PT I worked with on my first visit was amazing. Professional , knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She explained everything really clearly and I feel good about going forward. And thanks to Hannah, the patient service specialist, the process of intake and scheduling was smooth and efficient. I'm very pleased and looking forward to working with them to get my arm back on track!
Really enjoyed my first visit. Very organized and very professional. James was excellent! Looking forward to continuing my PT until I have full range of motion.
My PT was working on two people at the same time as well as checking people in. The first two times she had a cold and didn’t wear a mask and I had to ask to put on a mask. Just not very professional all around.
