The PT that I worked with here were great, but unfortunately, they are supported by a team of inept office workers who can’t figure out billing. In multiple visits I paid what I was instructed over and over and paid for bills after their system went down. However, their team has no willingness to actually look at the records and continues to try to bill me for things that I actually already paid.
