Walked out the store feeling disrespected 😠! The salesman Peter Garthwaite discriminative conversation with his fellow associate asking "Where the Big Black Guy go" and his coworker responding about how they've had "far more worse customers" than me when we all only spoke to each once in greeting. He didn't notice I was only about 20 feet away overhearing their conversation while shopping. I will be contacting the corporate office! It's 2021 and I will no longer accept racism in any form.
Very dissatisfied with the customer service from (Chelsea) who never returns calls or answers when you call. I have been waiting for a bedroom set since 9/16/19. If and when I ever do receive the items I will NEVER do business with this furniture place again.
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my daughters bedroom furniture on 12/1/2018. I was told the drawer got get need was on back order and would come a week later, ok,fine. I paid for everything and went on my way. No updates. I had to contact them. Delivery day: the guys were great.. HOWEVER, they were supposed to haul away my old furniture, they didn't, because the truck was full. Ok, fine. Pick up when they deliver the drawer.
