They have had my elliptical for 2 weeks and haven't called to schedule my install. I have called now 3 times asking when it will be scheduled and each time I was told 'someone call you soon it's been assigned to a tech.' I would not recommend using this company. I feel they are holding my equipment hostage at this point. I can understand a few days but 2 weeks?

Worst delivery company ever, they keep changing my delivery date and time without letting me know, next time you buy something and see that this company is delivering your order, CANCEL IT ASAP, pay almost 1k for delivery and assembly for nothing

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I was to have a basketball hoop installed and the company canceled with no reason on 2 occasions, 3 occasions for “weather” even after confirming the appointment the day before, and the one time the technician did show up, he didn’t have the proper tools for the type of hoop I got, so he needed to cancel. Do not use Select express!!

Never, ever use these people. Bordering on if they are scammers or not and if I should go to the police. They will cancel on you last minute every single time. They will promise to call you back to reschedule pick up times but I have yet to hear from them. I hope you don’t get sucked into their scam. Stay away

Told I was receiving a delivery. Had to stay home all day to let them inside No one showed up No one called No one answered at the office. Stay with Fed EX. UPS or Amazon. This is a bad experience to avoid
