Susan was very knowledgeable. She showed us a couple of units and was apologetic with the mess because of the remodel. It was nice having conversations with her

Well just moved out of Heritage Townhomes after 4 years only bc we needed a four bedroom, we had a great experience with management, maintenance and neighbors.
This is our 2nd 5 star review of the short-term furnished apartment in Tea. First review was in the early/middle part of our stay. This review is after we vacated the apartment. The exit process was very easy and painless. We did our best to leave the apartment as good or better as we entered it. The property was nice, clean, and secure. Very good parking, as well. Tea was a fantastic location. Thanks to Susan and Samuel who were both very helpful and responsive.
Really enjoying my experience at the Harrisburg townhomes! The property manager is very understanding about credit.. which was such a blessing for us since we have less than perfect credit. The unit is well built…they don’t need to come in all the time… and they pay for water and garbage! Love this place!
