I hate doing this specially when I myself own a business and know how negative reviews impact a company. But at this point I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with this company. Be aware of this company. Their set up is horrible. My bank connected me with them and this was the biggest mistake. For an entire year they never got me set up correctly. They use authorize.net as their credit card processor but they never communicated with me regarding any disputes. They will not take any responsibility. Now I have to go back to the bank and fight with them to attempt to get refunds for disputes they will never communicated with you. Stay away from them at all cost.
My ex husband passed away and has a small amount of money left in a bank account that My Son Who is the same exact name only being the II after his name after several attempts by mail and email and now taking proof of kinship that the bank asked for and the expense of a round trip from central Wisconsin to Gurnee Illinois they turned Him away yet again requesting more information and this after a letter was sent to Him stating that the money doesn't belong to the deceased and would be released to two total strangers no famil... read more
