I am from Washington State and recently visited my friend from Fort Worth area. One of our day trips included a going to Waxahachie. My friend is an avid quilter and once we found the business we were welcomed by the owner Diana. She informed us that it was National Sewing Machine Day and shared humorous stories of all her machines named after the I Love Lucy show characters. Diana is a great teacher if you want to learn free motion quilting! I go at least once monthly. Great location.
