Charged an absolute fortune for very basic taxes done incorrectly (one rental property and nothing complex). When the error was pointed, out, it was first denied, then ignored, and finally quasi-acknowledged (only it's impact on state taxes of thousands of dollars in increased taxes) but not federal implications.
