atm at this location took my money, counted about 10 of my 30 bills, had a severe malfunction and didn’t return any of my cash or deposit it to my account. i live paycheck to paycheck and genuinely won’t be able to afford my rent now because of this. thanks selco 👍🏻
I always have the best banking experience at Selco. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. We have had several loans including HELOC and multiple car loans. I highly recommend Selco for all of you banking needs. Best customer service in town!
It's a nice friendly small credit union. Part of a larger co-op of credit unions, so I finally switched to them because they were closer after I moved.
The teller at the downtown location who helped me cash a third-party check for my blind friend today was terrible. Rude, condescending, impatient, and made us feel horrible, especially to my friend for being disabled. I have once been able to cash a third-party check before and the teller that previously helped us was so kind and understanding that this was very offputting and frankly a bit shocking. I’ve been banking with You guys forever and have several accounts!
