It's a nice friendly small credit union. Part of a larger co-op of credit unions, so I finally switched to them because they were closer after I moved.
The teller at the downtown location who helped me cash a third-party check for my blind friend today was terrible. Rude, condescending, impatient, and made us feel horrible, especially to my friend for being disabled. I have once been able to cash a third-party check before and the teller that previously helped us was so kind and understanding that this was very offputting and frankly a bit shocking. I’ve been banking with You guys forever and have several accounts!

Selco Community Credit Union is by far the most fair, equitable and transparent financial institution I've ever dealt with in my 49 years of living. Trust me - I've put them through their paces.. I almost wasn't worthy, tbh. Expert employees and service - you can trust them. If not, that's on you.
