Almost everyone at this bank is kind and caring with great customer service. There is one older man that works here that is consistently rude and every time I'm forced to interact with him it's so insanely unpleasant! I do the same exact transaction every single month & I've never had a problem with it, except EVERY TIME with this guy. It's so bad, I just had to write a review.

DO NOT BANK HERE! They will literally let your card get charged if there's no balance and they'll also charge you for that charge! Theyll move money from your savings WITHOUT permission to cover a charge when theres no money in your checking. I have tried a thousand times to get them to change this. They will not comply. I've lost over 200 dollars in the past 3 months because of this. Recently lost my job and it's been really hard and this bank is making it sooooo much harder. Keep getting annoying phone calls to confirm purchases, I accidentally hit the wrong button and they canceled my card. I went in to get my new card, zero empathy no apology, and no way to opt out from these calls OCCU here I come!
We worked with Silvia King and we found her to be extremely professional, attentive and personable. She answered all of our questions clearly and carefully explained different options for us. All with a smile and kind words!
