We purchased a home in fall 2021 and an attorney from the Sonja Selami Law Offices represented the sellers. She failed to reach out to the sellers' bank to obtain the payoff statement in a timely manner, causing the closing and recording to be delayed. We had to pay the property tax, mortgage interest, and insurance premium for some time without being able to access the house.
