Great experience with Joshua for 90 minute sports massage. The only suggestion I have is for the therapists to whisper when calling for the client in the relaxation room. I was waiting along with a couple just before Service and two therapists came bounding in and loudly announced the names of the folks they were looking for, but it was pretty obvious as they were sitting together, and nobody else was in there except for me. It was loud, disturbing and unnecessary. Massage was great and sauna was nice.
Jason gave me the best massage ever. It was the one with hot stones. He even did my feet. It was worth every penny.

My first massage experience and it was fantastic! The spa managers Z and Summer were so welcoming and their personal service made me feel like they genuinely cared how my experience was going. I got the aroma therapy massage and my masseuse Sarah was phenomenal . Her attention to detail is exactly what you would expect at a property like cloudland.
Had one of the BEST 90 minute glow facials with Jeannie..fantastic experience and so relaxing.
