Updated Review: Selah handled this beautifully as you can see by their response below. I’d be willing to give it another try. I seems like it was an unfortunate situation and not a regular occurrence. I hate to give a poor review because the staff and facilities were very nice…but this was the worst massage I’ve ever had. The therapist was very nice but she wore gloves which was irritating to my skin and she didn’t seem to know how to give a massage. Francesca gave the best performance massage. She really listened and had good technique.
Great Spa experience! The amenities are fantastic. I loved the steam sauna. The massage was good, and my wife raved about the body treatment she received. I would definitely return.
I had the men’s facial and it was a very relaxing experience. The locker room and sauna are very nice, service was excellent and my skin feels great. Lydia is a pro. I’ll be back!
