Excellent move!! Would use again.
They lost all our furniture! We had a 3,000 sq ft house in Connecticut, and they can’t find any of it. It’s been months. We’ve been calling every day and get a big runaround. A few times they told us they found it and it will be arriving in a few days. We wait all day and no one shows up. When we call, they act confused. “We have no trucks going to Florida today. We moved from CT to FL and had SEKA hold our furniture for a few months. During this time, SEKA misplaced all our furniture. When we call, we are transferred to different people. No one can help. We had our lawyer call, they suddenly found it! But 3 times now they give us a delivery date, we wait all day for them, and no one shows up or calls us. And when we call them, they have no idea what we're talking about. The tell us they have no delivery scheduled. Very frustrating.
