Great customer service when booking and scheduling. Regarding the move itself, the movers (2) arrived on time and worked super fast which was really appreciated. I was actually surprised when I was asked to complete payment before delivery as this is the first time I have encountered this. I mean the movers would not bring the stuff to my apartment until I had made payment. I wouldn't have minded so much if I was informed beforehand. Gela & Lasha went above and beyond in facilitating the moving of my one bedroom apartment! Carrying gazillion boxes, bags, queen size canopy bed with box spring plus super heavy mattress, futon couch, paintings, yoga mats, bicycle, my dogs' cage and bed down 5 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! Talking of stamina 💪🏼 They were super efficient, brought their own tools to disassemble furniture. It would've taken myself days to move everything.
