I have been with SEK for several years and have typically received great service. This year was a big miss unfortunately. When I received no correspondence beyond the SEK mailing list ads, the response was "we must have it wrong," despite it never having changed from prior years. I had to Google a tax form myself as the accountant handling my file said my financial planner should do it, but the penalty, if there is one, shouldn't be too bad.
