The staff at Seine River Physio are excellent. Starting from the moment you walk in the door. The admin staff know your name, and they’re friendly and warm, they feel like aunties taking care of you. And even when there’s been staffing changes to the front area, the culture is still the same, warm, conscientious, and responsive. Even sending regular reminders by phone for appointments as helpful. Seine River Physiotherapy is like a one stop shop for physio, accupuncture, yoga and more. I have met several of the staff over my visits. Everyone is very friendly, easy going, accepting, and professional. I have been seeing Pam. She has been a wonderful help with my shoulder and teachers me something about how my body functions every time we chat. She not only treats me but teaches me how to help myself. I really enjoy being a client and feel well cared for and cared about.
Pam's the best. She's helped me through a few tough health situations. My husband also goes and is very happy. Not only a great physio, but a wonderful human!
