Had an appointment for a consultation and called at the scheduled time and they were a no-show. Never reached out after to explain why. AVOID!
Complete waste of time. I was referred to their office by legal aid, tried to set up a consultation with the information I was given, NO help whatsoever. We were then asked to seek services outside of their office...
Rick is an awful attorney. When filing my incorporation documents he couldn't even get the name of my business correct, causing me several weeks of delay and having to pay additional fees to the contractor state license board to have my license renewed. When I called Rick about taking on the city of Santa Barbara for violations of procedure and code he tucked his tail between his legs and told me there was no way he could take on something like that and it would cost tens of thousands of dollars. except all it took was one l... read more
Did a great walk-through of what my fiance and I would need to get a prenup. We ended up not going through because CA law basically covers what we wanted and it was great to find that out before getting a massive bill for it.
