EDIT: After my case was closed, I asked them to help with my expungement. I paid their retainer fee on March 30th 2026. As of today, June 17th 2026 they have yet to respond to my inquiries regarding the status of my case nor have they sent me the necessary documentation to start the process in the first place. After calling, we were told the documentation would be sent over and the process would begin. Over a week later we have still not received any documentation or any further USEFUL communication.
