Called four times total, was told I would get an email or phone call back. Called again three weeks later, got transferred to “Gracie” but no answer of course. Left voicemail. Called back, call dropped no call back. No contact back from a “Gracie”. Fortunately, another company will have the pleasure of handling my trust, structuring my businesses or taxes. I wouldn’t hire these people to do anything for me.

Worked with a CPA named George. Very grumpy fellow, who acts like he has no time to understand his clients needs, and any questions are a huge annoyance and inconvenience to him. We have 8 businesses and we’re trying to tax plan, and he couldn’t be bothered to understand our complex needs. Hides behind email when a phone call would have been more professional and appropriate to clear up simple misunderstanding (he always seemed to overreact to basic requests of things).
