I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this med spa. I called hoping to get in quickly, and to my surprise, they were able to see me the same day! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Dr. Bawa was absolutely amazing—so compassionate, incredibly thorough, and truly one of the best doctors I’ve seen here in Destin. Dr. Bawa is the most amazing physician and provides top notch care. He has an invested interest in how you look aesthetically and will take all the time necessary to make sure you are an educated and informed patient. The only feedback I would give is that if you are using their discounts you have to remind the staff as they don't usually know all of the discounts. Here's a photo 3 weeks post treatment from Dr. Bawa. Botox and filler. Skin is flawless!
I am very disappointed with my experience. I booked this location to work with Dr. Bawa because they had a number of specials. To be clear the staff does NOT know about the specials being offered which I think is ridiculous. I was charged the full amount, held up in the office trying to get a refund, finally had to leave in order to not be late for a meeting with no refund. Just had my Sculptra done.. Absolutely love Dr. Bawa & Sei Bellissima Med Spa glad we finally decided to do it. My son asked when he saw me did I get a face lift. It took year's off my appearance. Thank you for always knowing what will be the best treatment option
Stay Away!!! Office Staff is incredibly stupid, they Lie, the LIAR doc only cares about MONEY not the patients. Don't let them fool you. Stay Far Away
