So my name starts with a k obviously but so does my girlfriends when I bought there iron on letters I thought it would have 2 k's in one pack just like how there is two of every other letter but when I opened it there was only one and to put the cherry on top it wouldn't even stick to the peace of clothing I was trying to put it on but it does look nice when it does stick on but only some of them do and they rip very easily.
ordered a couple times and then they sent the wrong color. Lori replied right away to my email and had the correct color shipped 2 day delivery! Thank you so much for your prompt attention and action!
