I called them to make sure it would ship. They didn’t event ship it until the day it was supposed to arrive. Just plain bad customer service. Note: printing a label and actually giving it to the carrier are not the same thing. The USPS site clearly states it was not give to them until the 17th. The dealer changed their estimated delivery after they finally gave it to USPS.

I haven’t been to this specific store but I have to give 5 stars for an amazing experience with my new Segway - Ninebot Max G3! This scooter truly put a smile on my face today. Rode around towns over 20 miles and had a great time. I already started to customize my scooter and am planning my next trip. It was super easy to put together, just a few Allen bolts, setup was intuitive and quick using an iPhone. The design just makes sense and worked brilliantly. Thank you to Segway!
Came in with what I thought was a battery issue. They were able to fix my scooter on the spot. Thought I’d have to drop it off and that they’d eventually take a look at it. I was pleasantly surprised! Great service
Bought from them in May, in June my scooter is no longer working! Still waiting for them to reply to my emails and give me solutions.
