I’ve had great support from Segway after buying a Segway GT-1. The Scooter has been great. Diako has become someone I’d call a friend but I’m all the way up in Minnesota I even ordered extra parts to have on hand and those shipped fast as heck I bought this scooter used, and they unbinded it the first business day I updated this review because originally I just wanted to be good, but they’ve earned a great review all around I’m adding Jason to this good review because I can’t add a second review, but he deserves some praise ... read more
I recently purchased the Segway Xafari and Segway LA was more than helpful in seeing things done. Mr. Stemmler was very understanding and went above & beyond for me. Despite living in another state, again Mr. Stemmler made everything possible. I would certainly purchase from them again and recommend Segway LA to all who read this. Thanks Mr. Stemmler!
