Terrible place. Refused to take scooter for repair saying they don’t have space. Don’t answer the phone
I had the tires replaced on my Ninebot S2 and was very pleased with both the result and the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. Please note: they do warranty repairs for Segway so don't expect them to drop what they are doing and immediately work on your item. And any manager who brings one of the sweetest dogs on the planet to work with them (Basil) is all right with me! :)

A ver disappointing experience, especially after having purchased three scooters from the brand. My experience with Segway Los Angeles has been very different when it comes to selling a product versus responding when that product needs repair. When purchasing, the service seems to work fine; when a technical issue arises, the situation changes completely. Came here because I got a flat tire. The guy could care less. He simply said, not taking any repair orders until September 4. 🤔 How bad is Segway nowadays that's has so many repairs? And they are about to launch a new scooter. Yeah no thanks.
