Surprise! Just like all the others. – These people will meet with anyone if you are not already in their system. Remember, if you do not land a job, they do not get paid. So when a client calls them, they have to have like100 candidates already screened, in their system, and ready to contact to land that person in the job before some other company does, if client is not an exclusive client. Poor Service - – I went to Segue three times. When they get your resume, they call you in to meet everyone which is a joke. No one has any positions "at this time". I never got a phone call for one interview. They are a waste of time. Do not use them!
INHuman Resources – Absolutely and without question the worst Staffing Agency I have ever worked with as an HR Professional AND a job seeker. I arrived promptly for my scheduled appointment and proceeded to wait in the Reception Area. I was told that the person I was meeting with was in a conference and would be with me momentarily. 45 minutes later, subject interviewer was on her way to get coffee when stopped and reminded that I was waiting. The Worst! – People, beware of Segue Search. I have been a senior-level professional for a number of years and have rarely encountered this level of rudeness and incompetence. In response to an ad, the recruiter tried to push me into other, unsuitable openings. Plus, she claimed a knowledge of the marketplace that just wasn't there.
