The workers here (the butchers , the cashiers) always using their phones while working / tengok video, is it even allowed? And the workers always borak sesama sendiri walaupun ada customer depan mata. Plus the butcher’s hygiene is questionable. 🥴
I had a very bad experience at Segi Fresh Balakong. I purchased the most expensive fish, ikan merah. When I tried to explain how I wanted the fish to be cut, the staff were busy talking on the phone using headphones and did not listen to my instructions. There also seemed to be a language barrier, which made communication very difficult. I clearly requested that the fish gills be removed. When I got home, I only rinsed the fish and started cooking.
