I would highly recommend Tom for both personal and Corp tax returns - especially where tax planning is concerned. Tom is very thorough, provides good & considered advice and - very importantly, he spends the time understanding our situation.
Tom and Cristian and crew have done an amazing job counseling me on what to do to make taxes less painful, and be proactive about everything vs. reactive. They are on the young side of their careers so unlike 80% of CPA's in Santa Cruz they aren't one banana peel away from retirement (or the grave)! They will be around for many tax years to come which gives me great peace of mind.
