Horrible communication. I called to speak about my case several times but it’s almost impossible to speak to a human. After leaving a voicemail on several different occasions I finally get a call back almost a week later and the person that called back was clearly not in the field of helping people. I told her I wanted to setup a payment plan and she proceeds to tell me the instructions was sent in an email when I explained I didn’t understand it clearly she gave me no proper explanation on what to do.
