Disappointed to say the least. My wife confirmed with Matthew our scheduled appointment today at 10am. After waiting 15 mins after 10 I called their office and left a voice message. I also texted and my wife emailed multiple times to confirm we were still on for this appointment. My wife has in writing that we will have this meeting and it was confirmed for today at 10am.
