Fantastic tax service. The staff truly help you with you tax filing. They also help with corporate taxes and quarterly filing. Individual and company filing. Matt the owner sits down with every customer making sure every tax filing is gone over. Reasonably priced friendly relaxing place even though tax filing can be stressful. Seffnerbookkeeping is nothing like those fast tax companies who only hire staff to knock out those end of year tax everyone scrambles to do before April deadline. I'm only giving this company two stars because they have helped my husband and me in the past. However, just because you provide a service does not mean you do so with care. The first two times, both my husband and I worked with this company, they were slow to respond to our emails and calls, and significantly late to our virtual meetings (the first time, they worked on our taxes with us; they were over 40 minutes late for our virtual meeting). Disappointed to say the least. My wife confirmed with Matthew our scheduled appointment today at 10am. After waiting 15 mins after 10 I called their office and left a voice message. I also texted and my wife emailed multiple times to confirm we were still on for this appointment. My wife has in writing that we will have this meeting and it was confirmed for today at 10am.
