Never open
Ever since becoming "Broadview" this bank has become by far one of the worst to deal with. They deactivated their old cards without sending me one for both my accounts. Their apps are faulty, and their customer service is horrendous.
I've had only positive experiences with SEFCU. At this branch, they helped me with an auto loan, and offered me very competitive rates! Thanks to Eric and the rest of the staff for being very kind, helpful and courteous. SEFCU's truly a home-town bank!
