CapCom merging with Broadview was not a good thing. CapCom was excellent. I won't say anything about Broadview I'm sure everyone knows
Absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever had. I truly miss CAPCOM. Deposits are slow to register in account, not even pending, web app not easy to navigate. I had a debit card issue I went to Broadview bank to resolve. The service rep traced activity over the phone but read my card number out loud including exp date and 3 digit code right in the middle of the floor in ear shot of about 20 people in line. Have to go back again because neither debit cards work for store purchases. Really bad. Will be changing banks. C... read more
Since the merger with Capcom the service has been terrible!! I have been unable to access my credit card to make payments off and on since the takeover. This has caused me to receive a letter that non-payment issues were going to go to the credit bureau. My account has always been paid in advance and more than the balance due but then it'll go a couple of months where I can't access my account and Broadview will tell me they'll send me a couple of deposits to my external account to re-establish an account that I already have... read more
