Still employing criminals from former CAPCOM with merger. Don't do business with them. After death of my sister, they illegally listed property as a foreclosure in Glens Falls, NY. Committed a class C felony burglary by hiring Sandcastle Property, who broke in and then stole a dozen handguns and all valuable property. Police did nothing except take a report.

SEFCU recently completed an upgrade of their online and mobile sites. Because of that, existing customers must use their SSNs online to create a new password. Other banking institutions never required this after an upgrade. The short-sighted managers and software developers should be removed. Moving to a new CU once I change my DD.
Your tellers have phones on site right? There is a way to dial in from the outside world and make contact with them? Then why does every SEFCU branch copy-paste the same 1-800 corporate number under their details? Can't be arsed? I need to follow-up with a teller I was JUST speaking to yesterday and now have ample time to type this out while navigating this terrible phone tree. Take a note from other credit unions. If you're reading this review you have the power to list location phone numbers that actually work
