Constant mistakes.... deposit mistakes, withdrawal errors, rude service! I have been with this credit union since the late 80's and I am switching slowly but surely to First New York Federal Credit Union. I feel a tiny bit bad for the front line managers because they are trying to stem the flow of complaints and can't. It is simply to far gone. The upper level management should be ashamed of the mess they have created. They don't even offer good rates anymore.
This is by far the worst place in the world to bank Unprofessional Developmentally slow staff Consinatley scamming customers into hidden fees Horrible customer support The app does not update automatically meaning it's very easy to overspend because they make it seem like you have more in your account then you do so you can spend money on hidden fees Yes I will be switching banks Yes they are the worst!
