Is it even secure to having accounts and loans and banking relationships with Broadview? Completely unacceptable security and protection features since they use very old technologies ? Compare them to BOA .Way ahead of the game ..for notifications for frauds and stuff… No images of past deposits and checks . By far the slowest drive through experience i have ever had at any broadview or bank. Ever.
Constant mistakes.... deposit mistakes, withdrawal errors, rude service! I have been with this credit union since the late 80's and I am switching slowly but surely to First New York Federal Credit Union. I feel a tiny bit bad for the front line managers because they are trying to stem the flow of complaints and can't. It is simply to far gone. The upper level management should be ashamed of the mess they have created. They don't even offer good rates anymore.
