I was a CAPCOM customer for over 15 years, but after they merged with SEFCU, everything has gone downhill. The new management and policies are a nightmare - Customer service is a joke and the fees have skyrocketed. Transactions take forever to process, and the mobile app is glitchy and frustrating to use. I frequent this Broadview and my recent visit was such a pleasure I had to leave a review on Google. I spoke with a young man, his name was Mechai ( sorry if I spelled incorrectly) he helped get replacement credit cards with my new last name as I got married in June. He was very pleasant and when he did not know something he saught help and was very patient with me. He smiled, used eye contact, and was extremely professional.
