Really appreciate this branch trying to rectify another branches mistake, they were very helpful and helping me print out another card. They went called me im advance as their machine was down and had my card waiting to eliminate further issues
when i stop by my local branch im always surprised on how fast they get stuff done it amazes me how quick they are against other locations , get these people raises
I was a CAPCOM customer for over 15 years, but after they merged with SEFCU, everything has gone downhill. The new management and policies are a nightmare - Customer service is a joke and the fees have skyrocketed. Transactions take forever to process, and the mobile app is glitchy and frustrating to use.
