Since merger they just turned into another lousy bank like Bank of America run by greed and uncaring individuals
No longer a "live" branch, but video teller is super easy to use, you are still talking to a live person and during open hours are able to do anything you would do at a branch. This includes cashing checks. It also functions as an ATM when closed.
