I moved cross country and was told I would receive the same information/customer service as I promised as if I lived in NY. Rachel was not help and dis not care about that I needed my debit card updated. This is important to me, however it does not seem important to the institution! I really hate using that word institution And it’s really sad that Rachel is part of the institution
