I had a total loss home fire. Broadview has been beyond amazing. From new cards, photocopy of my license, helping me order new checks (address had changed since last order, so couldn't order online) , to a printout of my accounts for the last several years (insurance company requesting proof of lost personal property). Broadview is great.
Bill pay service used an account that didn't exist and issued a stop pay on the check - while I worked to get the deleted account removed with broadview and get the refund for stop by on the account that bill pay triggered , I'm told that it is not bank's responsibility but Bill pay - 3rd party. I tried numerous times to get to bill pay but it's all automated and therefore not get to a person....I'm told that that I should've been more careful in choosing the right checking account!!! In the rare times that I do come to the bank, I can say that service is good.
I've never loved a bank like I do Broadview. They not only gave me a vehicle loan, but negotiated a bumper to bumper extended warranty for me. Their customer service is good and if it's not for any reason, management addresses it promptly. They also have a better fraud process than my previous bank. When there was fraud on my account, my previous bank made me do all of the work. It's not like that with Broadview's Fraud Department.
