I did both mortgages and my car loans via sefcu/broadview. I went in to the Amsterdam office in the spring to adjust something and the person who did it completely screwed up my direct deposit that has been pulled from my account since 2019. I now have collections calling me and have it on my credit. When calling to get it fixed, I waited on hold multiple times and just got hung up on after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. Always takes forever in line, at the drive or waiting for service.
Ever since they merged and became Broadview it's nothing but issues. I'm definitely looking for a new bank to use because it's ridiculous. There's no professionalism and they hire people who are useless. My debit card got hacked many times the first year. Fraud department is completely useless.
Nothing but problems with this bank since it switched over from SEFCU. Customer service was very unhelpful. If your on the fence on going here I recommend going to the other credit union.
