Would give 0 stars if I could. Been waiting on a new debit card for a month after mine expired. Called multiple times and was told if I needed my card sooner I could drive 5 hours to another branch and get it. I called every week for 4 weeks looking to see where my card was and I was just offered a rush today for the first time after I’ve been waiting for my card for A WHOLE MONTH. Broadview is the worse bank ever first of I had loan with them and I had paid for insurance through them incase I got sick or became unemployed I had called them and told them that I was going to need to use it as I had got sick the person I spoke with told me I was alert if any questions they would call me or email me then because they never paid they turned around and repossessed my co signer’s car that they had a completely different loan that had nothing to do with the loan and theirs payments were up to date at most the... read more
