Horrible 7 to 10 business days for new card? With today's technology I should be able to walk in and get a new card!!! What a major inconvenience,,,i will be switching credit unions for sure
Wanted to talk to a real person
Teller had to count out money for customer ahead of me. Lost track and had to do it 2 more times. I cashed a $99 check. No fee but needed ID, social, phone number. Had no idea what the legal definition of a check is.
So I've been a SEFCU member approximately 20 years. Today (6/12/2023) I had the distinct displeasure of getting my debit card declined at two separate stores. Big problem as I have three accounts with sufficient balances that charges should have been approved as well as an overdraft account for emergencies. Broadview Credit Union and Sefcu recently merged.
