Broadview is the worst! SEFCU was much better before they became Broadview. They are not helpful in assisting with problems they created. After you make a transaction, they will wait days and weeks to take the money when they see you dont have it in your account. They randomly close for maintenance for days without telling you and you cannot access your account online.
I waited in the drive through for more than 24 minutes and the teller took the person that came 10 min. after me. Then had the nerve to say “I have to take them in the order received. WHAT?!?!?? 🤬
