I am done with this bank. Done. The last 8 months I've dealt with them I've been met with utter buffoonery and I'm looking into closing my credit card, if they even let me because I've been making payments for months that have been neither returned to me or applied to my card. All that money has disappeared into the void and nobody has said a word to me about it. I'll be trying to move my car loan as well. I can't take it anymore. I got a small personal loan start to finish was out of there less than 5 minutes. The person I had the pleasure of working with was Vincent Moody III. I’ve never had a banking experience as wonderful, quick, easy, and smooth as going working with Vincent. 10/10 will be using him for all my future loan needs.
Broadview is the worst! SEFCU was much better before they became Broadview. They are not helpful in assisting with problems they created. After you make a transaction, they will wait days and weeks to take the money when they see you dont have it in your account. They randomly close for maintenance for days without telling you and you cannot access your account online.
