Save yourself the trouble and bank with literally anyone else. Their available/current balance function doesn't work properly, I've received several NSF fees with money still in my account. I've had this account less than a year and it's happened 3 times now. Their customer service is an absolute joke, I've worked for BofA for many years, I'm fully aware how pending versus posted transactions work, but they can't seem to figure it out on their end. Giving 1 star because I can't give less. This bank has become absolutely terrible and you should take your business elsewhere. The customer service is subpar, they act incredibly sketchy with depositing checks and they don't seem to know how to handle a paycheck being deposited. Combine this with a bunch of structure changes post merger and they seem to be completely oblivious to the needs of their members. Victoria went out of her way with a small act of kindness during my visit, and it honestly flipped my whole day around. It was such a simple gesture, but it meant more than she probably realized and made my experience at the bank feel personal and genuine.
