Sat at the drive through window waiting for a greeting for 10minutes. Then when someone finally greeted me they said they wouldn’t be able to assist me until they finished other customers. I get 45mins of break time at work so I ASSUMED that was enough time to deposit a check . Obviously I was wrong. Broadview needs more staff or faster staff because 35 mins to deposit a check is insane.
I love Broadview I've been a member for 20+yrs. They are great people. You couldn't give me anything to switch banks as far as I'm concerned Broadview formally known as SEFCU is the BEST bank anywhere. Thanks Broadview and all the wonderful employees.
X2 my card not delivered .Last year it took them 2-3 weeks.No direct ph # some lady in Albany who asked all kinds of questions,for security, then said.no.Going to have to drive to Binghamton, from Utica to get this account closed.Out source sucks.Been.with them for over 9 years.
