Good bank. Nice staff
2 things. 1) all this time ive been banking with broadview and i just now find out that there is no difference between their high yeild savings accounts and their regular savings accounts besides that the high yeild has the potential to earn higher interest rates depending on how much money is in it. What is even the point of the existence of the regular savings account as an option? Why would you not just make that the standard for a savings account? What? Sat at the drive through window waiting for a greeting for 10minutes. Then when someone finally greeted me they said they wouldn’t be able to assist me until they finished other customers. I get 45mins of break time at work so I ASSUMED that was enough time to deposit a check . Obviously I was wrong. Broadview needs more staff or faster staff because 35 mins to deposit a check is insane.
I love Broadview I've been a member for 20+yrs. They are great people. You couldn't give me anything to switch banks as far as I'm concerned Broadview formally known as SEFCU is the BEST bank anywhere. Thanks Broadview and all the wonderful employees.
