Quick and easy.
Slowest branch I’ve visited. During peak hours, 1 teller out front, 1 drive through and 10 people in line. This is the 3rd time I’ve witnessed this. Crazy how they staff.
Ever since the B has taken over the CAP COM, nothing has been the same. Every time I call there’s bad connection and the call is dropped. Most of the time I cannot even understand what the Rep is saying on the other end w/their heavy accent. I have been waiting for my new AT/Deb card for 2 weeks and I still have not received it. I came to one of the branches in Glenville NY, waited 10 mins or so only to find out their card machine isn’t working.
