Ever since the B has taken over the CAP COM, nothing has been the same. Every time I call there’s bad connection and the call is dropped. Most of the time I cannot even understand what the Rep is saying on the other end w/their heavy accent. I have been waiting for my new AT/Deb card for 2 weeks and I still have not received it. I came to one of the branches in Glenville NY, waited 10 mins or so only to find out their card machine isn’t working. They are predatory with their overdraft fees. Even when you have money in your account they do a look back and will charge you. Even if a merchant mistakenly bills you and you have proof they will still charge you overdraft fees. I’d stay clear and their customer service is awful.
It was very close to closing time, and I had an auto loan title to remit to BFC. The guys who welcomed me were friendly and super quick in a matter of mere minutes I was done and out!!!! Fantastic Service! Thanks.

I have never had a more difficult time with a bank. Sefcu (Boardview) takes way to long for things to come out, showing what seems like your available balance, but don't be fooled. It's not. I mustve turned off overdraft a dozen times and it never works. Keeps cranking me into the negative balance. Otherwise the staff is always friendly and professional. Never had a bad experience with the tellers or managers.
