Although I must admit See’s folks are always pleasant, I just gotta say I was just helped by Keysha and she’s hands down the most lovely See’s employee I’ve ever interacted with. She has almost a psychic like ability when it comes to knowing your chocolate preferences and knows her products! See’s, she deserves a raise and a promotion!
They were displaying two new chocolates. Asked Veronica if one was dark chocolate and the other milk. She said, one is mint chip and the other is vanilla chip. I said, that's not what i asked, is one a dark chocolate coating and the other milk? She repeated the same thing back to me, mint chip and vanilla chip! I said, in a regular calm voice, "That's still not what i asked you, but never mind, I think I figured it out myself". All of a sudden she wasn't all that friendly anymore. My bf and I were having a tough day, and decided to stop in to treat ourselves to a couple pieces of chocolate. I was not prepared for what a wonderful experience we were about to have! Keysha greeted us with samples, recommendations, and the best customer service I've encountered in a long time. We left with so much yummy chocolate, and so far I've loved every bite, especially the birthday cake and maple pecan-- YUM. My sister and I simply came for chocolates for our Father’s birthday. We had such a pleasant experience as we were assisted by Kirkland. He embodied the ñ spirit of visiting a Candy store. Thank you Kirkland for sharing your smile with us and left an imprint on me. Will be returning again not just for the candy, but for Kirkland too. Such a sweetheart.
