Amazing customer service! Very friendly and helpful.
Today is Valentines Day. In the store it was packed. A gentleman started to assist me then he told me they were out of something (they actually had more in back but he didnt want to walk to get it apparently) and when I asked for a suggestion his advice was “i don’t like …..”. I asked for another person to assist me. Miss Charlene came to my rescue. What a kind, patient, helpful and knowledgable lady. Waiting time very long during the holidays. The prices are so expensive I will probably have to stop buying it as a holiday tradition. It is some of the best candy out there.
