Seerae taxes was very informative and assisted us to get out of tax debt. I read a previous rating yet, no one company can make everyone happy. I'm elated with this company great job Seerae
If I could leave no stars whatso ever I would. The company is highly unprofessional and expect for the customer to understand all and any excuse they provide. I have had my taxes done by them for some years now. Ever time I have referred them to someone it has always been a problem. However it was always a excuse that I could understand. But not this time around, my husband had he's taxes filed what her preparer in SC. ********'s husband had recently been incarcerated the preparer that completed her tax return had to make sure she covered all her due diligence to complete a legal tax return. once the preparer completed her due diligence she completed his retirn where he was funded a return. Whenever she reached out to the main office I spoke with her and explained we must do our due diligence.
