I’m quite sad I have to leave a 1 star but my past few visits here have been disappointing to say the least. I came in on Friday evening to get a cartridge my friend was also in the market for one, we were greeted right away with the friendly service I’ve always received here, however it started to go down hill. Friendly staff and they were really helpful.
Thoroughly impressed with the customer service, selection of cannabis and overall atmosphere of the store. The staff are well versed and know how to educate, advise and recommend the best strain of cannabis for your needs. Dave, Sophia, Kathleen, Joe: to name a few have exceptional customer service skills. It really looks like a casual yet fun place to work. Oh and they have great prices! What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, are you still hiring?
I will rate the staff -ve star cause they don’t check ids from the customers that come in the store. We went to the store and the person in front of is wasn’t asked for his id and was served.
