I don’t often post negative reviews especially for a small local business but guys you need to look at your logistics. The slowest shipping of any company I have ever ordered from. I ended up ordering something similar from a Japanese supplier. It came within less than a week. Once I finally receive the shipment from Seed and Sprout I’ll be returning it.
Absolutely love the Shampoo, Conditioner , body wash and face bars . Bought in the Rose and also the mint scents, and took overseas in the Stainless steel tins for a long trip. The conditioner bar is great as it made my hair very soft and easy to comb through. It is great to avoid so much weight and bulk in luggage and the liquid rules through security. I was initially very excited to purchase one of their lunchboxes, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The lunchbox I received leaks, which defeats its purpose entirely. After spending over $150 on their products, I discovered that the boxes and containers I bought don’t even work well together. When I raised these issues with customer service, their response was to suggest buying additional items, which feels unreasonable given the amount I’ve already spent. All the products I have bought from this Company have had problems. The bamboo lids on their storage containers swap and are useless after a time. Brushes and other wooden products go mouldy really quickly. I have spoken to Somebody from sprout and they have admitted this is a problem. The Cutting boards are basically MDF. If you actually cut on them with a proper knife you end up with splinters of resin and Timber in your food. Absolutely not recommended they are rubbish… otherwise the service was pretty good.
