Zero stars if possible. Today 24/01/25 called multiple times to put a jacket on hold. No one answered. By the time a friend of mine could reach the store, jacket had been sold. Why bother having a phone number?

I wish I could give this shop zero stars. After reading the other one-star reviews, I completely agree with them. It's unfortunate that a store manager can affect the reputation of the brand and ruin the shopping experience - Seed doesn't deserve this. Avoid THIS Seed store at all costs.

I went into this store today. And I would never write a bad review. But the curtains in the change room were falling apart and absolutely filthy I didn’t want to change in there as I felt grossed out. It was not very hygienic. It needs a good cleaning and repairing before I try on anything at this store again.

Laura, the manager in this store, was so rude. I returned a few order before, but they did the refund wrong. today, when I went there to correct their mistake, she was telling me indirectly that I am lying and that she is doing me a favor to fix their own mistake. instead of apologizing to put me through so much trouble. the worst store ever. I will never buy from Seed again !
