Walked into Seed at Victoria Gardens and wasn’t acknowledged at all. No greeting, no eye contact. After waiting, I had to call out three times just to get someone’s attention. When a young staff member finally responded, she stayed at a distance and expected me to explain what I needed from across the store. Wanted to say a big thank to Phoebe for being so professional & friendly over the phone. She was able to find a pair of Sunglasses that I was looking for. Love that there was parent parking on tje same level as the store which made my shopping experience very easy. Love that there was ticketing machine as you exit the shopping mall door. Overall a good shopping experience.
