Incredibly helpful customer service. I went in with an issue prepared to be turned down, and instead I was welcomed with a completely understanding, solution-oriented service by the manager. It’s so refreshing to come by in retail, and makes me want to continue shopping here, purely for this reason! Thank you team Seed x
Bought some gorgeous items for our grandy. There was a sale on and i thought the quality was very good
Wanted to say a big thank you Alana for looking after me and answering when I phoned. Professional, friendly, excellent customer service experience. There was another lady who was able to assist with changing my purchase to different style. Overall highly recommended to come and shop at this store.
