The retail market complains it’s not making any profits. Try answering the phone at your store for a purchase enquiry. Retail service in Australia is pathetic and apathetic. At least I saved $130.
I went to the Seed concept store at northland today to return some online purchases and check out other clothing items and it was a good experience. I was helped by one of the staff, I believe her name was Serafina, and she was so lovely and helpful. She helped me figure out the best size fit for some of the apparel’s I was considering to buy, and I was genuinely very happy with the overall shopping experience…I would love to go to any store who have such amazing staff and treat all their customers with such grace and kindne... read more
