I’ve always been a loyal customer at the Seed store in Malvern and have had wonderful experiences with the team there—they’re truly fantastic. However, today I visited the Seed Children’s store and was quite disappointed. Despite standing at the counter and greeting the staff member present, I was completely ignored. Was in the Seed Kids store today, 19th September, and my experience in this store was extremely disappointing. The two women working did not approach nor acknowledge my presence in the store. Even after walking past me and filling shelves right next to me.. I like to shop in store to support retail workers, and experience the product before buying. Though workers like these push customers to shop online. Won’t be returning to this store.
