Lovely girls who work here. So kind and patient. Called a few times to check stock availability and they helped me thoroughly and ensured I got the item I was looking for . Customer service 100/100 Got the chain I was looking for from the store they said it was available in.
Made in China. There are so many plastics throughout. Do better, please!
I love the brand and have shopped at Seed for years. I recently had an awful experience with the Frankston store Manager, Nadia. When you’re spending money in their store and upping her sales, she’s lovely but as soon as you ask for help she’s rude and condescending. She has absolutely no customer service skills and her eye rolling and loud sighs were appalling when I pointed this out to her. We’ll be shopping elsewhere in future.
