Service was ok sales staff more interested in talking chit chat with delivery man then helping with product
I did not know that customer service does not exist anymore. As a regular to seed, seed heritage at crown is by far the worst. I meant worst retail store i have ever set my foot. We walked in on friday night at 5:45 pm, store was empty with not even 1 customer. 2 x shop keeper pretended as if they did not see us, not even a how are you or an eye contact. I went looking for a skirt as our usual seed store is closed for renovation, unfortunately we will never return to the one at crown. Disgraceful service by seed heritage.
Worst customer service. we visited store on 19/07 around 8.30pm and staff was busy on mobile..no single customer at all.. when we asked about size she didn't even care to check if other store has got it or not..she was rude..staff needs customer service training..agree with other reviews.
Wow, not just me I guess. Totally agreed with other reviews. Lack of customer service, just 2 clerks chitchatting at the register, didn’t even bother to walk around to check customers. Why do they still have the job? 🤷🏻♀️
