Staff were super rude on Saturday 3/1 Was looking for a size in the black sandles which were in a tub she approached me saying it looks like you have dug all the way through them we don’t have your size. Sorry but how else was I meant to find what I’m looking for when the shoes are shoved in a tub. Used to be a regular will not be coming back.
Friendly and helpful
Nice clothing and product but the staff at the store need to have better customer service. Many times I have been in, I've been totally ignored while they have their personal conversations. They give the vibe "aghh another customer" making me feel uncomfortable in the store. Today, as a woman in my 30's, I was greeted by a staff member in her teens with "Hey Lovely". I was at the shop at 12:00 pm on Saturday the 31st of May. There was not much customers around so you would think there should be a better customer service. In contrast the store manager “Gabby” was talking with other staff member. I was out of fitting room and waving hand to get their attention so they can help out with different sizes. They were completely engaged in their conversation and entirety ignored my request for help.
